Unsupported declines from SMS

Hi! When I receive a message from a student and I access the link in the messages and want to reject the request I get the 3 checkboxes. I check one of them and it won't let me decline it (error appears) no matter which decline option I check. The worst thing would be that it decreases my response time. I've noticed this impediment for a month now.

If I later log into the site, log into my account and do the same action it will work. The problem only occurs when I want to give decline from the link received in the SMS.

I hope I have been explicit enough. If you need any further information I am at your disposal.

    Salut! Ca sa putem rezolva mai repede problema, avem nevoie de cateva detalii tehnice:

    • Ce tip de device folosesti? (telefon, tableta, laptop etc.)

    • Ce sistem de operare are? (Android, iOS, Windows etc.)

    • Ce browser folosesti? (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

      Salut! Îți răspund pe rând:

      • Deschid mesajele de pe IPhone. Nu am deschis de pe tabletă niciodată. Iar pe laptop, așa cum am menționat mai sus, o dată ce mă conectez nu am probleme.

      • Sistemul de operare ar fi iOS.

      • Browser-ul deschis automat este Safari.
